Items shipped from GiftsBite.com can be returned within 30-day of receipt of shipment in most cases.

How to start the return process?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@giftsbite.com. Once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please read the following thoroughly before returning a product:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, e-credit.
Customers will get the return label via Email.
You will be required to return the item at your own expense initially.
GiftsBite will automatically refund up to $15 for return postage costs on receipt of the item.
If your return postage costs exceed $15, you may contact our Customer Service to request a refund of the remaining postage cost.
If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your import fees deposit, once your return is processed.

Unfortunately, we will not allow returns for the following:

Products that have been previously worn.
Products without their tags attached.
Items were sent back to us without first requesting a return.

We will require a restocking fee?

- All returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How much return shipping fee?
No cost when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in anyway.

However, if the customer no longer wants the product, purchased the wrong color or size, customers will be responsible for the postage cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be informed to us within 24 hours of your order being placed to our email hello@giftsbite.com. If we accept your cancellation request, we will inform you via email and confirm how we will send you the changed product or refund. Once shipped items cannot be canceled or diverted. All refunds will be issued within 30 days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective, damaged or shipped wrongly free of charge. If you need to exchange it for a different item, or if it doesn’t fit you are welcome to do so within the 30 days, however, return costs cannot be covered and items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. Please send us an email at hello@giftsbite.com to discuss your exchange needs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 30 days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If items are returned with damaged, worn or missing packaging we exercise the right to refuse refunds, and the item will be returned to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. RETURNS:

By placing an order on GiftsBite.com, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to GiftsBite. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

GiftsBite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

We ship item through USPS or UPS. After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order
