Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please read the following thoroughly before returning a product: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, e-credit. Customers will get the return label by Downloading/print.

We do not allow returns for the following:
Products that have been previously worn.
Products without their tags attached.
Items were sent back to us without first requesting a return.

What is the restocking fee? - All returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How much return shipping fee? No cost when the product is damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

But when the customer purchased the wrong color or size or they no longer want the item, in this case, customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
