Q: How long does it take to deliver to my door?
A: South America is generally 7-15 days. Europe is 3-7 days. Other areas are 5-7 days

A: Dolphin Ultrasound probe is compatible with both IOS (iPhone and iPad), Android mobile devices and windows system.
Q: What languages does your software support?
A: Our software now has English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, French and Chinese. More languages will be added later.
Q: When the software is updated after my order, will mine be updated as well?
A: Yes, of course. You will enjoy free software update service for life time after your purchasing.
Q: What’s your after-sale service?
A: Generally, we offer 3 years free warranty and lifetime maintenance.
1. Within 1 month: If the machine has any serious failure, we’ll send you a new one.
2. Within warranty period: If any components go wrong, we will provide new parts to customers who have the ability to repair. Or you can send the machine back, and we will fix it and ship it to you. Transportation expenses will be borne by us.
3. After warranty period: only the cost of replacing the new components and returning freight will be charged. Labor cost for repairing is lifetime free.
4. Free 7*24 hours online or calling service: If the buyer requires any support from our technical department, on-line service, group real-time calling and video chats are all available.
5. Human damage is not covered by the warranty.
