Items shipped from GiftsBite.com can be returned within 30-day of receipt of shipment in most cases.
How to start the return process?
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please read the following thoroughly before returning a product:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or order number.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, e-credit.
- You will be required to return the item at your own expense.
- GiftsBite will automatically refund up to $15 for return postage costs on receipt of the item.
- If your return postage costs exceed $15, you may contact our Customer Service to request a refund of the remaining postage cost.
- If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your import fees deposit, once your return is processed.
Unfortunately, we will not allow returns for the following:
- Products that have been previously worn.
- Products without their tags attached.
- Items were sent back to us without first requesting a return.
We will require a restocking fee?
- All returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How much return shipping fee?
No cost when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way.
However, if the customer no longer wants the product, or purchased the wrong color or size, the customer will be responsible for the postage cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation requests must be informed to us within 24 hours of your order being placed to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. If we accept your cancellation request, we will inform you via email and confirm how we will send you the changed product or refund. Once shipped items cannot be canceled or diverted. All refunds will be issued within 30 days to your original payment method.
We can replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped wrongly free of charge. If you need to exchange it for a different item, or if it doesn’t fit you are welcome to do so within 30 days, however, return costs cannot be covered and items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. Please send us an email at email@example.com to discuss your exchange needs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 30 days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If items are returned with damaged, worn, or missing packaging we exercise the right to refuse refunds, and the item will be returned to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
